Serpentine is found worldwide. Its name derives from the word “serpent” because it resembles the skin of a serpent. Serpentine is also called “New Jade”.
Colors of serpentine range from green, green-black, white, brown-red, and brown-yellow.

Believed to be an excellent meditation stone because of is green color. Said to bring peace and balance mood swings.
